Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@saintandsoul.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without prior approval. You can always contact us at sales@saintandsoul.co.za for any return-related questions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request an approved return first, then place a new order separately for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
