Delivery coverage
We ship nationwide across South Africa. All orders are delivered via The Courier Guy.
Delivery timeframe
Please allow up to 7 working days from the date your order is dispatched for delivery. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as high-volume periods or remote locations.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days. Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sales@saintandsoul.co.za before your order is dispatched.
Damaged or lost parcels
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at sales@saintandsoul.co.za and we will liaise with The Courier Guy on your behalf.
